Sultan Qaboos University Hospital is a
government institution and a teaching hospital situated within the campus of
the Sultan Qaboos University and has 550 beds capacity, invites applications
for the following positions:
Senior Consultant/ Consultant
Department of OBS & GYNAE
Qualifications:
- Graduate from a recognized medical school
- Board Certified such as MRCOG/ FRCOG/ FRCS/ MD equivalent
- Subspecialty certificate is preferred but is not a must for the post of Senior Consultant, e.g. high risk pregnancy, urogynecology, advanced obstetrical ultrasound, medical education, biostatistics or equivalent.
Experience:
- At least 4-7 years experience in obstetrics and gynecology post board certification in a secondary/ tertiary or teaching institution.
- Teaching experience.
- Research activity is preferred but is not must.
Senior Registrar
Department of OBS & GYNAE
Qualifications:
- Graduate from a recognized medical school
- Board Certified such as MRCOG/ MD equivalent.
Experience:
- General obstetrics and gynecology experience is a secondary/ tertiary or teaching institution.
- Teaching and research is preferred but is not a must.
