Selection
Process
You have to
Pass 6 stages, and you will need to be successful in each stage to move onto
the next.
Stage1: Register
Fill the
online application form it's the first step you have to do.
Stage2:
Language Telephone Interview
A call phone
for a 30 minute, to know about you, why you want to join Vodafone, and test
your English abilities.
Stage 3:
Online Test
The purpose for
it, to test your ability to solve problems.
Stage 4:
Competency-based interview
They want
know about you, how suitable are you to get benefit of the program.
Stage 5:
Assessment Center
It's a
process, not a place, where you will be asked to complete individual and group
exercises.
Stage 6;
Business Interview
If you pass Stage
5, you will have a final interview with the hiring manager.

Criteria
Submit your

- A 2012 Fresh Graduate, with a major that is related to Vodafone business.
- Have an accumulative Grade: Good
- Have perfect command of English Language.
- Have previous internship with related experience.
- Have extra activities.
