Position - Corporate Legal Advisor (1)
job requirements/ responsibilities: should able to:
- Review all kinds of joint ventured & project agreements and equity investments and related agreements & documentation.
- Handle Employment contract & Labor issues' Co-ordinate with Group Cos, for routine work & follow-up for legal matters.
- Possess excellent negation skills, evaluation skill, advice owners and management.
Qualifications:
- Must be a law graduate from a reputed/recognized law college/ university.
- Preferred Masters' degree in law.
Experience:
- Minimum 15 years' experience as a qualified lawyer either in law firms and/or large corporations.
- Language:
- Fluency in spoken and written English is essential.
Remuneration:
- Commensurate with the qualification and experience plus other standard perks for this position.
Position - legal Translator (1)
- The candidate should have minimum 10 years' experience in legal translation work.
- Preferably should have worked with Legal Office.
Qualifications:
- Must be a graduate from a reputed/recognized college/ university.
- Preferred Masters' degree in English.
Language:
- Excellent command over Arabic/English language is essential.
