Participant training positions for USAID project
institute of international education (IIE) is one of the world's largest and most experienced global higer education and professional exchange organizations. IIE is seeking candidates for multiple positions for an anticipates traning program funded by USAID. all positions are located in Egypt, and contingent on IIE language proficiency and Egyptians are encouraged to apply.
DEPUTY CHIEF OF PARTY
- assist the chief of party with overall technical and operational management of the project, inclusing administration, finance, and procurement
- ensure compliance with USAID and IIE policies and procedures
- minimum of five years' of experience working in a university, preferably in administrative position related to strengthening the capacity of the university
TRAINING MANAGERS
- plan, organize, and direct a wide range of training activities, including identifying and analyzing needs and designing appropriate solutions such as academic degrees or short-term training
- minimum five years' of experience on USAID funded training programs
TRAINING SPECIALISTS
- minimum two years' of work experience
- proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
MONITORING AND EVALUATION SPECIALIST
- collect, analyze, and manage data; write reports
- minimum two years' of experience in monitoring and evaluating USAID project
COMMUNICATIONS SPECIALIST
- design, draft, and edit promotional materials and program reports
- minimum three years' of experience creating communication's strategies, online communications, social media, print materials, presentations, program summaries, and success stories in accordance with ADS 303
- proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe, Photoshop, and Dreamweaver.
PROCUREMENT MANAGER
- provide oversight of the procurement activities in the competition and subcontracting process with training providers
- minimum five years' of experience managing procurement activities on USAID funded projects
FINANCE MANAGER
- monitor budget, prepare and manage monthly financial statements and forecasts, and maintain cash flow projections, including accounts payable
- minimum five years' experience in setting up and managing financial and accounting systems for USAID projects
ADMINISTRATION MANAGER
- manage the office and human resource activities including development of HR systems and procedures
- minimum of five years' of experience in detting up and managing standard operating procedures for USAID project
