Sales Manager
(REF: SM)
- BSC any discipline
- 10 years' experience in real estate - 3 of which in the same capacity
- set sales plans and manage sales team
- achieve targets set by management
Client aacount & Collection
(REF: CAC)
- Maintain client's account
- prepare collection reports
- collection
- prepare approved payment method for client's approval
- prepare and revised reservation slips
- Review financial aspects of contracts
- Calculate "late payments" penalties
- Review and verify client's bank transfer for payments
- Calculate sales executive commissions
Required Qualifications:
- Accounting background
- Excellent communication skills
- Problem solving capabilities
- Presentable
- Ability to work under pressure
Site Agent
(REF: SA) (6 October City)
- Attend clients site visits
- On site clients assistance
- Receive on site clients requests/complaints and contempt to the related department
- Note clients' observational on unit's construction and follow corrections
- Attend site handover procedures
- Deliver unite's keys and accessories to clients upon handover
- Review clients interior works to notify release of insurance
- Move with the customer for needed visits to the units.
Technical Coordinator
(REF: TC)
- Coordinate client's technical requests, complains,...etc to the engineering department.
- Arrange site visits for the clinets.
- Schedule and coordinate units' handover.
- Prepare and arrange related units legal documents.
- Prepare "Delivery Reports".
- Communication skills.
- Member of the assembly of units deliverance.
- Presentable and able to meet deadlines.
- Preferred to be graduated from Faculty of Engineering.
Required Qualifications:
- Any engineering background.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Problem solving capabilities.
- Presentable.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Organization skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
Client Relation Representative
(REF: CRR)
- Client's data entry on 4S system.
- Prepare new client's bridling merno for approval.
- Receive and schedule clients' request for site visits.
- Report "Requests for late payments".
- Receive and follow up complaints.
- coordinate clients' requests with various departments.
- periodical newslatter and financial statements.
- Moving problems to proper person.
