Responsibilities/ Requirements
- Prepare newly relined and circulation ladles foe EAF tapping. Maintaining hydraulically operated slide gates, changing nozzles and plates
- Clean and changing slide gate plates, all nozzles, porous plug as required
- Check and repair leaks, or send ladle out to refractory for relining
- Maintaining, assembling & repairing of all LV-II, IPV, CNC systems are carried out in the most efficient and effective manner
- Repair of used flow control refractory like slide plates, nozzles, and blank plates
- Do necessary tools repair like lancing holders. Pin of spring balancer etc. as directed by the shift supervisor

- Plan and co-ordinate in advance with all shift supervisor and plant supervisor within section at shop floor for easy availability of materials and spares on day to day basis
- Document and collect data in systematic way on a daily basis and the same is reporting to all the concern persons
- Responsible for all transactions, consumption & inventories the material from warehouse to shop floor

- Performing administration duties in the CMMS (oracle, eAM/SAP/MP7 etc...)

- Diploma in respective field or advanced technical trade apprenticeship
